Pearse Lumb

In October of 2014 I was hired as an assistant store manager for theory at the global flag ship. 

As an assistant store manager I am responsible for the sales floor. I help the sales team achieve their personal goals, the stores daily budgets and increase and maintain a high conversion rate. 

I am also involved in the mens retail sales development. I over see the mens business: working closely with the corporate office for national improvement.
